34-year-old woman underwent Bilateral Breast Revision with Implant Exchange to correct implant displacement.
Right Capsular Contraction Correction.
Implant Revision with Breast Lift. This patient has an augmentation at an outside facility several years ago. She presented with sagging breast tissue and poor appearance. She underwent an implant exchange with breast lift.
Breast Lift with 385cc silicone implants. Patient underwent 3 previous operations (elsewhere) to correct deformity before scheduling with Cool Springs Plastic Surgery to achieve this result.
Breast Revision. This patient had surgery at an outside facility and presented to us with a significant abnormality to the right breast. Implant removal. This patient came in with a saline deflation in her left breast. After much consideration, she decided that she simply wanted the implants removed.
Implant Revision. This patient had sub-glandular augmentation and became pregnant after surgery. She has loosening skin and falling implants with poor coverage in the upper breast. She underwent implant exchange, placing them under the muscle along with a breast lift. Her scars will continue to fade as time goes on.

This Patient underwent capsulectomy with removal of old implants and replacement with smaller implants.
Implant exchange with size reduction and lift
Implant exchange with under areolar scar release with fat grafting. This patient underwent implant exchange with scar revision to her prior areolar incisions. Take a look closely to lower part of her areola’s and you can see how scar release and fat grafting has corrected the appearance.
Breast implant revision. This is one of my patients who unfortunately had a left capsular contracture. She also wanted to be larger. I corrected her contracture and increased her size per her desires. She has done very well after surgery.
Implant exchange with pocket adjustment. 400cc changed to 550cc.
Implant Exchange –This patient had a prior implant saline implants with a much smaller implant placed on the left side. The patient underwent implant exchange and correction of her asymmetry.
Revision Left Capsular Contracture –This patient had a left capsular contracture holding the implant in a higher location. After revision, the left now sits at a better position with much better symmetry.
Implant removal with breast lift.
Implant replacement with mastopexy. 450cc Gel.
Breast Implant Exchange with Breast Lift.
Gel – Smooth Round Submuscular 385cc – This patient had undergone prior breast augmentation with 250cc saline implants. She underwent an implant exchange with 385cc Gel implants. After surgery, she has improvement to her prior saline rippling and is happier with her size increase.
Breast Lift with Implant Exchange – Saline, 505 cc.
This patient had 280cc implants and decided that she wanted to go a little larger. This implant exchange was done in less than a hour through the same small incision.
