Gel Smooth Round – Submuscular – 350cc on the Right and 275cc on the Left. Asymmetry is very common in breast surgery. Often, we can improve asymmetries with implants alone, on occasion, patients may need a lift. This patient had a very nice result with the use of two different size implants.
